Landmark Recognized Three Softball Players
MADISON, N.J. –(May 12, 2010) – The Landmark Conference released the 2010 All-Conference Softball Team this afternoon complete with a program-high, three Rangers on the squad. Second baseman Kati Eggert, designated player Jen Mateo and staff ace Adrianna Durso all made the team for the first time.

Kati Eggert (Denville, N.J./Morris Knolls)- The tri-athlete and the softball team MVP became the second consecutive middle infielder to earn all-conference honors in as many years. Eggert started every game for the Rangers and batted a team-high .356 in her sophomore campaign. She was a perfect 15-15 in swiping bags this season, which led the Landmark Conference.

Jen Mateo (Union City, N.J./Union City)- One of four freshman across the conference to be acknowledged by the Landmark Conference. The speedy, slap-hitter had seven multiple hit games on the year and scored 13 runs 2010 for the Rangers. She was second on the team with 13 steals which was third among Landmark performers.

Adriana Durso (Old Tappan, N.J./North Valley Old Tappan) – The junior started 24 games for Drew in 2010, tossed three shutouts and had 20 complete games. She came in and saved a conference-best three games for the Rangers and had the fourth lowest ERA in the conference at 2.24.
