MADISON, N.J. (May 4, 2010)- Sophomore midfielder
Lyndsay Rossi (Pennington, N.J./Pennington School) was named the Landmark Conference's Offensive Player of the Week for women's lacrosse. Rossi put up solid numbers in last weekend's conference regular season finale. The sophomore scored two goals and had an assist in the Rangers' 13-9 win over the Susquehanna Crusaders.
Rossi played excellent on the defensive side of the games as well. Besides scoring Rossi picked up a team-high six ground balls, caused three turnovers and worked her way to two draw controls.
The Rangers hope Rossi has an equally as productive afternoon tomorrow as they play host to the same Crusaders in the conference playoffs' opening game.
