Campbell Wins Big, Rangers Land Five on All-Conference Team

TOWSON, Md. (November 6, 2012) – Freshman Emma Campbell (Cresskill, N.J./Cresskill) took the Landmark Conference by storm this season and was rewarded today by being voted the Landmark Conference co-Offensive Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year. A total of five women's soccer players received All-Conference honors on Tuesday.

Campbell is the first freshman in the conference's history to win the Offensive Player of the Year award and the first to win the Rookie of the Year in the same season. With Christine Meconi winning the award last year, the program has now won back-to-back Offensive Player of the Year awards.

In her first season in Madison, Campbell led the Landmark Conference with 15 goals and 34 points. Additionally she finished with five goals and 11 points against Landmark Conference opponents. Her 15 goals are tied for fifth most goals in a season and second most by a freshman in school history.

First Team All-Landmark Conference:
Emma Campbell- Started all 18 games for the Rangers and led the Landmark Conference in scoring and points. Her 34 points on the season are fourth most all-time by Drew women's soccer player. She netted a conference-high, five game-winning goals.

Katie O'Keefe (Shamong, N.J./Seneca) – Appeared in all 18 games for the Rangers and led the team in assists. She is a First Team All-Conference honoree for the second-straight season. She tallied seven goals and five assists on the season. Three of her goals proved to be game-winners.

Second Team All-Landmark Conference:
Courtney Carnevale (West Windsor, N.J./West Windsor-Plainsboro) – Concludes her career with her second, Second Team All-Conference honor. The senior appeared in 18 games for the Rangers in 2012, scoring three goals and assisting on three others.

Kiana Lundy (Boonton Twp., N.J./Mountain Lakes) – Was the Rangers top defender in 2012 and earns a Second Team All-Conference honor for the second season in a row. She played and started in all 18 regular season games in the Ranger backfield. Against Scranton, the junior made two goal-saving plays to preserve a 0-0 shutout.

Kim Jaikissoon (Maplewood, N.J./Columbia) – The senior earns second team honors for the second time in her career at the goalkeeper position. She was second in the Landmark Conference with 79 regular season saves. Her five shutouts ranked third in the league. She currently is fifth all-time in career shutouts with 13 and fifth in school history with a 1.34 goals against average.
