TOWSON, Md. (April 30, 2013) – Senior
Chelsea Lipp (Old Lyme, Conn./Old Lyme) was named to the 2013 Women's Tennis All-Conference First Team in singles for the first time in her career. Lipp is the first women's tennis player to earn All-Conference honors in all four years in the Landmark Conference.
Lipp was the Rangers top singles player in 2013, posting a 4-2 record against Landmark Conference opponents. She played each of her dual matches at the number one position and was 5-4 overall. She wrapped up her four-year career with a record of 26-13.
Her sophomore and junior seasons, she was a Second Team All-Conference singles and doubles selection. Her freshman year her and teammate Michelle Gbelama earned First Team All-Conference honors in doubles after going were 8-1 overall and 4-0 in the Landmark Conference.
