2010 Christa Aluotto Soccer Camp

The Program

The Christa Aluotto Soccer Camp offers a comprehensive curriculum to players of all levels. Campers are instructed in the development of basic skills, overall knowledge of the game, tactical awareness, and other needs of the growing soccer player. Regardless of playing level or age, campers are provided with the complete soccer experience.

Camp Sessions ( July 25-29 )
Junior Camper (Ages 8 – 9)
9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. • Cost: $285
This session serves as an introduction to the soccer camp experience. Campers have a morning and afternoon field session. Lunch is provided. A swim session is also held during the day.
Non-Residential (Ages 10-18)
9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. • Cost: $375
This session enables campers to receive the full day’s activities without staying overnight. Campers receive lunch and dinner in the commons.
Overnight (Ages 12 – 18)
9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. • Cost: $485
Campers receive three meals a day and stay overnight in our college dormitories located right on Drew’s campus. Space is limited.

1:00 –2:00 p.m. Swimming or optional Indoor Play

4:15–5:30 p.m. Dinner
6:00–8:00 p.m. Full Field Games
8:15–10:00 p.m. Relax in Dorms

Camp Director
Christa Racine has led the Drew University women's soccer program since 1994. The program’s all-time leader in wins, Racine has been named the Coach of the Year three times, most recently in 2005, and in 1994 was named the DIII Coach of the
Year by the CSANJ. She has led her teams to 12 conference playoff appearances, five ECAC Tournament appearances and an
NCAA Tournament berth. A native of Morris County, Racine was an All-American at local high school Morris Catholic prior to
attending Rutgers University. She led the Scarlet Knights to a four-year record of 50-24-7, with three consecutive ECAC championships from 1990-1992. Racine was honored by the Newark Star Ledger as a member of New Jersey's “All-Century”
Team. She holds a USSF "A" license. 

Camp Staff
The staff at the Christa Aluotto Soccer Camp is a talented group of USSF and NSCAA licensed college and high school coaches
and top collegiate players who are dedicated to providing an educational and fun soccer environment for each camper. In addition, fully certified athletic trainers are on location and available 24 hours a day. 

Team Training
Club and high school teams may come together and will be trained as a team. This is a great way to get ready for the upcoming season! Have a team representative contact us for details.

General Information
CHECK–IN
Camp begins on Sunday, July 25. Registration is from 12:00–1:45 p.m. ALL CAMP SESSIONS RUN FROM 2:00–8:00 p.m. ON SUNDAY. The regular schedule begins on Monday.
CHECK–OUT
Camp finishes at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 29. Residential campers can be picked up at the dorms and commuters at the fields.
COMMUTERS
Commuters can be picked up at 8:00 p.m. from Sunday – Wednesday, 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. Campers can be picked up at the fields.
EQUIPMENT
Campers must bring proper soccer foot wear for outdoor and indoor play, shin guards, and a ball. An official camp ball can be purchased at registration.
